Depop!

I don't know if you have heard of this app, but I'm not kidding you it is becoming an addiction. Basically it is a little bit like Ebay where you can sell your brand new or used items to others, but this app means you can also swap items, negotiated over prices and message your seller before you buy. The app also allows you to pay direct through depop or through your own means via paypal or bank transfer, simple!

I particularly love this app as it lists all of the most popular items or you can search for a specific item, by building up a friends list you can also sift through the varies items people are selling. I know what you're thinking, it's basically people selling crap they don't want anymore... to be honest I have found that people tend to sell things they never got round to wearing and have never worn before for a fraction of the retail selling price, people are also selling handmade products such as scrunchies and chokers, all at bargain prices!
This is such a fantastic way to make a little bit of money or to save yourself some money by bagging yourself a bargain, I have already treated myself to a lace fringed cami, bandana top, lace crop top, 2 chokers and a fluffy jumper at such low prices.... I guess I can't afford to be buying full price items at the moment so at least I am feeding my addiction at a lower cost, right?

I have just got back from university, and guess what? My stuff literally won't fit in my room so it is time for a clear out, hence why I am now uploading loads of my bits and pieces to depop. I would absolutely love if you would follow me on there, my username is eleanordanksx also if you would like, you can comment your username below and I will give you a follow and check out your depop! :)

Review| Opal Boutique & OOTD

*When it comes to staple wardrobe pieces, a couple of items spring to mind; LBD, shift dress, high waist jeans, statement jewellery and a shirt. All of which are so versatile it just makes sense to have them to play around with many different outfits for many occasions! Recently I received a beautiful *White Crotchet Back Shirt and *Gold chunky chain statement necklace from the cutest fashion boutique, Opal fashions. The store is based in Wigan and they also have their Website, offering affordable fashions for all occasions; casual, day, work, party, race day and prom and also offer exclusive brands such as; Quontum, Chi Chi London, Paper Dolls and TFNC.
I am absolutely in love with the shirt as I have never got round to buying myself one and this one not only has a soft white shirt material and pearly button fastenings on the front, but on the back their is crotchet detail. I am also a bit fan of collars at the moment and so wearing this shirt means you can team it with a statement necklace. The top is such a light floaty material which is perfect for spring an summer, but also in autumn and winter if accompanied by a jumper or jacket! In my OOTD, I have chosen to compliment it with high waist trousers, cut out boots, statement necklace, bag and cropped pastel jumper for a causal day spring look. You could also wear this on an evening if paired with jeans or skirt with heels and added jewellery, or for work too! The only thing you need to be wary of is the material, as it is a little see- through so be sure to wear a white bra, bralette or vest top underneath.

The statement gold necklace is also particularly lovely as I just love to accessorize my outfits with statement jewellery, and this one is particularly on trend. It is so versatile and is suitable for dressing up most outfits, or adding just a little something extra to a dull outfit!

*Soft white shirt Button fastening to the front Crotchet detail on the back- £18.00 NOW £15.00 (wearing a size S will fit sizes 6-10)
*Gold chunky chain necklace- £10.00

Don't forget you can find Opal Boutique at their Website, Twitter and Facebook. What do you think of my look? What staple pieces are in your wardrobe this spring? :)

Mascara Review| No7 Lash Impact

Okay I'm not going to lie, the first thing which attracted me to this mascara was the bottle, the red glitter packaging just looks so cute! This mascara is new to the shelves at the moment so I thought I would be a good beauty blogger and buy it, try it and blog about it! If i'm honest I usually tend to go for mascaras with a bigger volumising brush than this one, as thinner brushes tend to be better for lengthening, whereas I would rather add volume to my already long ish lashes. However, I must admit this mascara brush worked fantastically and it certainly lived up to its name "lash impact", so if your like me and got a little put off at first, try it! I found that this brush worked so well for separating lashes and giving the impression of longer eye lashes, and once left to dry for 2 minutes or so, applying a little more adds volume, et voila! Gorgeous lashes. Have you tried this mascara? What do you think? :)
