Recent Buys!

FINALLY I can actually do a post like this again, not only have I had 0 pennies for ages and so couldn't afford a splurge, my phone was also stolen by a scumbag and I only just got a new one, hence why nearly all of my recent posts haven't been my own pictures, I apologise! Anyway, today I thought I would share with you some bits and pieces that I have added to my collection of clothes and accessories recently :) Firstly I have a couple of nail polishes, a mint green colour which is such a fresh colour which I just love for spring, and also a lilac Models Own nail polish, which also comes with little flower stickers (comes in different colours and sticker versions). I also have some new accessories from River Island, I didn't realise till now how cheap River Island jewellery really is! I bought these cute flower earrings firstly because they are beautiful and secondly because they were only £2! I also just love this plastic flower necklace, an instant purchase was made. The little pink purse below is also from River Island, and even though it is small, it is absolutely perfect for a night out if you want to take a bit of money and your ID without carting all of your important cards around. Finally I have also bought a few things to add to my wardrobe, this floral lace embellished crop top is so simplistic and summery I just had to have it, also the candy pink long sleeved top is perfect for the weather now as it is still a bit early for crop tops, yet the colour injection still makes you feel so summery! Last but not least is my new floral top from ARK, I never really go for prints but this floral top is so bang on trend and so pretty! What have you all been buying recently? :)

Personally, when I fancy a bit of online shopping, it is usually just two websites I go too, one of which being Topshop, and the other ASOS, I don't know about you but I always find exactly what I want from ASOS, it is most certainly one of the best websites to shop online! This Weeks Wish List....

Hmm there are a lot of shoes in my wish list this week.... to be honest though they are all for different occasions! *trying to justify excessive shoe collection to self*... these gorgeous pink loafers which I also featured in my last post are just lovely for spring and summer, these are top of my want list at the moment! Also, I may already have some cut out boots, but I am sick of wearing the same ones, I really like these from ASOS as they are more suitable for warmer months, and finally I really like these Jelly sandals, I must admit that when I first saw these in stores I was a bit sceptical, but as I am planning a holiday in the summer I think I will definitely be wanting a pair of these for the beach! Now, onto some clothes, I will admit that I have a tendency to go for simplistic cream or pink tops, but when I saw this daisy print top it really caught my eye, it is so summery! Also #5, I have been after one of these jumpers for a while, lilac is one of my favourite colours at the moment and as it's almost time to ditch the jackets, I reallllly want this cropped jumper. Finally, there are a few accessories on my list this week, #3 daisy cross body bag is new to Topshop this week, as a bit of a bag addict it isn't surprising that I wanted this one instantly, #4 choker necklace is something that I have been after for a while but just haven't got round to buying yet, #6 ditsy bird necklace is so perfect for necklace layering, Topshop have quite a few of these at the moment, including birds, fly's and mini elephants, and last but not least is a nail varnish, I really love experimenting with nail varnishes, I just can't resist the colours available, Topshop have such a lovely array of colours in their affordable collection! Get The Look| Michelle Keegan

When I saw Michelle Keegan wearing this outfit this week I just had to find a similar outfit to wear myself! She was recently spotted out with her fiancé Mark Wright and family doing some shopping, and honestly she created the perfect look. Her outfit is so spring ready, mom jeans are very much still in fashion, and her quilted cream crop is lovely. She has also accessorized her look with a chain necklace, hair ribbon, big black sunnies, and nude pink shoulder bag, however my favourite piece of her outfit is her matching nude pink loafers, being Michelle Keegan I was expecting these to be a little costly, but they are actually from Office for £65, they may still be a little pricey but I would definitely invest in these because they will carry you through spring and summer and you can even bring them out year by year! What do you think of her look? :)

- Chain necklace- £5.99- H & M

Spring style trends!

When I have been shopping recently, browsing stories of what celeb's have been spotted out wearing, and generally just having a look at what people are wearing at the moment, I have come to realise there are a quite a few main trends which are out there at the moment! So, this post is going to take you through the style trends that I think are most prominent at the moment, what do you think of them? Which is your favourite trend? :)

Gingham

Although gingham is not a particular favourite of mine, it is everywhere at the moment! At first I was a little surprised that it had made a comeback, but some of the items below are just so lovely, there really is something for everyone. Gingham also comes in so many different colours; black, grey, blue, pink, green... however although my favourite piece below is the #1 shell top, I can't see me buying gingham this season, I wore enough of it at primary school!
1. Textured gingham shell top- £34- Topshop
2. MOTO gingham print joni jeans- £38- Topshop
3. Gigham marl tank mini dress- £26- Topshop
4. Petite gingham bralet- £18- Topshop
5. Oysho gingham check bandeau bikini- £31.98- ASOS

Tropical prints

Literally last week I was in Topshop (I am in there most days) and I noticed that all of a sudden, one section of the store was dedicated to tropical prints! This one really puts me right in the mood for summer, whether it is palm trees, pineapples or parrots there are so many different ways to wear this print! I particularly love #3, #4 and #5, I have noticed that Topshop have so many gorgeous bikini's in store recently, this tropical print one is not only bang on trend, but the high waist style also means it is super flattering!

1. Shorts in tropical print- £30- ASOS
2. Fruit print peplum cami- £26- Topshop
3. Palm tree crop skater dress- £65- Topshop
4. Palm tree jacquard crop top- £34- Topshop
5. Tropical high waist bikini- £34- Topshop
 Pastels

This one is probably my favourite SS14 trend, pastels allow you to be colourful but not too bold, mint, powder blue, lilac and baby pink are just gorgeous for this season and because so many of the items below are statement pieces they will carry you through till summer and then you can get them out and wear them over again next year! I particularly love #1 and #6 as PU and fluffy jumpers are also a popular style choice for this season.

5. Light pink drawn wool oversized coat- £80- River Island
6. Daphne eyelash cropped jumper in pink- £28- Fashion Union
7. Hearts & bows blue cherish pastel knit- £19.99- ARK
 Floral

Floral is timeless. Other prints may come and go into fashion, but floral is always a popular choice for spring and summer, they are super girly and fun to experiment with, whether you want a bold print or a smaller more subtle print there is definitely something out there for everyone, also you cannot miss these prints, they are all over the high street and are a key SS14 trend. My favourites are #2 floral satin skort, #2 floral bra top and #5 fun and flirty floral playsuit!

6. Alice McCall Queen of Bermuda dress- £300- ASOS
7. Peg trousers in vintage tapestry floral print- £22- ASOS
 Sport chic

The final trend which I wanted to share with you is probably the most unusual trend, 'sporty chic' is most certainly making a big impact on the high street, whether you want to go all out with trainers and a basket ball vest, or want to incorporate just a little of the trend into your outfit with a rah rah skirt, you really can have a lot of fun with this trend, also it is perfectly acceptable to run straight from the gym and pass it off as 'sporty chic', haha.

Kim Kardashian| Celeb Style Steal

I know I have already done a 'celeb style steal' post this week, imitating Kylie Jenner's outfit, but when I saw pictures of Kim Kardashian at the Versace mansion this week I just had to find a way to replicate her look! Kim wore a beautiful peach coloured turtle neck crop top which unfortunately is not available from their Kardashian Kollection clothing line yet, she was layering a matching vintage Alaïa dress and nude Alaïa embellished suade sandals which were unfortunately a huge £782! However I have tried my best to find some alternatives to her outfit so that we can all re- create the look for a lot less! I absolutely love the idea of layering a skirt with a turtle neck jumper, so I have found some similar high street pieces below, what do you think of this look? :)
1. Crop top with turtle neck in rip crop- £14- ASOS
2. HIGHWIRE Heeled sandals- £21- ASOS
3. FLUZE floral clutch bag- £69- Ted Baker

OOTN| Wedding!

If any of you read any of my recent posts then you will know that last Saturday I was at my boyfriend's sisters wedding! I absolutely love weddings, like seriously I watch wedding shows like Don't tell the bride on a daily basis, my dream job would be a wedding planner, but anyway I was just invited to the evening party which was amazing. I don't know about you, but planning an outfit for a wedding is always a tricky one, as it was the evening, a lot of people were dressed up so nicely, but as it was a family occasion I didn't want to look too dressy or wear anything too revealing, so I thought I would wear my burgundy midi dress from Topshop which I bought for £18 last year. What I love about this dress is that although it is very clingy, the length of the sleeves and dress mean it isn't too revealing, it is also a fantastic dress for accessorizing and is perfect for dressing up or down for all occasions. I chose to accessorize with black suade platform heels, silver chain and gem necklace, my Michael Kors watch, and completed my look with some bold purple MAC lipstick which almost matches! Some of the pictures below are a little embarrassing, she decided to provide a fancy dress box for everyone to try on so of course I experimented with a lot of it, aha, what do you think of my outfit? :)
Burgundy midi dress- £18- Topshop
Silver chain and gem necklace- Dorothy Perkins
Rose Gold Chronograph watch- £229- Michael Kors
Black suede platform heels- £35- Bank
'Rebel' satin lipstick- £15- MAC

Just kidding I can't afford it. BUT, most of these pieces below are quite inexpensive and super ready for spring. One of my weekly wants is a tattoo choker necklace, I absolutely love these right now, they come in so many different colours and you can also get a simple or more fancy one, personally I like the simple plastic choker below, this one is from Topshop but I have also found lots online on ebay for as little as 99p! In my weekly wants post I also really really really want this fly charm necklace from Topshop (you can tell I am never out of that store) they always have such great jewellery for all different price ranges, this one is only £6.50 and it would be a perfect necklace to use for layering! 10 Best Gift Ideas For Him

Struggling for ideas on what to buy that special man in your life? Well look no further this list of cool, fashionable gifts are sure to fill you with inspiration. Whether you're buying for your partner, friend, son, brother or father, from the fashion conscious to the gadget obsessed, the perfect gift is out there you just have to know what you're looking for.

Tie
Every guy needs a tie, you job is to make sure you get the right tie for the right guy. A tie can make a man feel completely different about himself and can transform an outfit from safe to suave.
If you're buying for an older man it’s best to stick to the more traditional tie designs, however don’t be afraid to play around with patterns and fabrics. If you're looking for a younger male then go for a skinny tie, they tend to be more stylish and trendy.
Socks
Socks? I know you may think it’s a safe bet but socks are a great additional present that will always come in useful. Don’t go for a traditional standard 5 pack of from you local supermarket either. Be creative!  Striped  or Polka Dots are great alternatives to original plain socks.
Personalised Ipad Sleeve
Ipad Sleeves are essential for ensuring your guys Ipad stays looking brand new, but why not personalise a leather Ipad sleeve to make the gift more special? Quality leather is not only easy to embroider but is extremely hard wearing, it will not only offer great protection but remain classic and stylish for years to come.
Weekend Bag
Who said men don’t appreciate some quality luggage? A weekend bag is ideal especially for busy men who are often on the go or have to undergo the odd business trip here and there. Opt for a stylish leather duffel bag this will remain classy but is hard wearing enough to handle being chucked about, remember sports bags are for sports clothing not weekends away guys tend to get mixed up!
Wallet
Many guys will stick with the same old wallet for years and years, but if you think it’s time to get a new one then it probably is! Opt for a slim wallet that won’t look to bulky if it’s put in a trouser pocket. Go for a good hard wearing material too - the wallet needs to be durable after all it holds pretty valuable items.
Watch
A watch is an investment piece so if you're looking to splash out then a watch is an ideal present that is sure to please your loved one. Buying the perfect timepiece completely depends on what sort of guy you're buying for, however sticking to classic styles is always a safe bet. Timeless designs such as the Uniform Wares 300 are highly minimalistic however they remain classic and elegant for years and years.

Belt
Every guy needs a belt what ever their age. There are some great well designed belts around and they remain a wardrobe necessity for many men. If you looking for the perfect belt then it’s important to go for something neutral that will easily mix and match with an array of different outfits, black, brown or grey are ideal colours as they pretty much go with anything. When it comes to the buckle be minimalist. There is no need for a large flashy belt buckle unless you’re a cowboy that is!
Fragrance
You simply can’t go wrong by treating your guy to their favourite fragrance. Maybe its time to try something new if there’s a new fragrance out that takes your fancy then why not purchase a tester first and see what they think.
Smart Shirt
Everyman needs that special shirt that can be worn for multiple occasions again and again.
Whether you buying for a man that prefers a roomy, comfortable fit or a guy that likes their shirts a little on the slimmer side, it’s important to opt for a light neutral colour that will easily coordinate with a variety of outfits.
Cuff Links
What better way to customise a stylish shirt than with a pair of preppy cuff links? Remember the accessories are what makes an outfit and that applies to guys too! If you're struggling for inspiration there are plenty of different designs out there, go for cufflinks with a personal touch - you could go for you mans favourite colour, or perhaps they have a specific hobby that they’re interested in?

Sunglasses
A good pair of sunglasses will last a guy years. Summer won’t be far off and once the sun comes out the shades come on! Opt for sunglasses that fit the face well, make sure you also consider face shape as some glasses tend to overwhelm those with thinner more rectangular shaped faces.

KYLIE JENNER| Celeb Style Steal

As a Kardashian/ Jenner fan, when I saw Kylie wearing this rocky style outfit when she was spotted out on a sushi date the other day, I instantly fell in love with it. Although I admire the Kardashian's style, I find that it is much easier to replicate Kylie and Kendall Jenner's outfit choices, and being the same sort of age, they are outfits which I would much rather wear! Personally, I would never dare go out with very short shorts on, especially when my tee made me look like I was wearing nothing underneath, however I really admire her outfit choice, it has definitely got me in the mood for thinking about Spring and Summer fashion! With Spring just around the corner, I thought this would be a perfect time to share with you a 'celeb style steal' post, especially for those who are into the rocky/ biker chic style. What I especially love about this look is the hole ridden tee, biker boots, and the layering of bangles and silver necklaces which Kylie has used to accessorize her outfit. If you would like to replicate the look for less, I have included some cheaper alternatives below which can mostly be found on the high street! What do you think of this look? :)
- DRIFTER 'Feline T-shirt'- £68.32- www.farfetch.com
- Black lace up biker boots- £45- River Island
- b+ab Black denim short with Aztec binding- £34.50- ASOS

FOTD| Daily Routine

This is my first face of the day post, and I must admit that I am pretty nervous about revealing pictures of myself without makeup for all to see, but I guess we can't look our best all the time! This is in fact the pictures from my day at London Fashion Week, but it only occurred to me now that seen as I did an outfit of the day post for that, I might as well try FOTD too. Anyway, this look tends to be my daily make up routine, as it is quick, simple and easy to achieve in 10-15 minutes, I must confess however that although I alternate the products I use from time to time, this has actually been my makeup routine for the past few years, ah well. So once I have exfoliated and cleansed my skin, I then begin applying my makeup, personally, I am not really into using primers and toners for day to day makeup and I am also not a fan of using several different brushes for application and really like to keep it simple, only using my finger tips, powder and face brush. I start by using two foundations and using mostly the 'classic beige 201' and mixing in a tiny bit of 'natural beige 400' to darken the colour a little, without being too orange! I really like the 25 hour foundation as although in my opinion it most certainly does not stay on that long, it does remain on for most of the day, is light on the skin and effectively disguises spots and blemishes. Then I set my foundation using '002 pink blossom' powder, I also use this throughout the day to avoid shiny skin, again the product is very light to wear. I then use scandaleyes lycra flex mascara, as my eyelashes are pretty long naturally, I prefer volume enhancing mascaras, the thickness of this brush means its perfect for me. After this I apply '050 live pink' blusher, although this is quite a vibrant shade of pink, I think by applying just a little of it works very well, use with caution though, nobody wants bright pink cheeks! To finish my look I finally apply either some lip balm (nivia/ eos/ Vaseline) or lipstick, at the moment I am particularly into MAC cremesheen crème cup, a lovely light pink colour. What products do you use daily? :)

Kardashian Kollection| Jewellery Range

In the past couple years there has been such a rise in not only the popularity of Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, but also the amount of products they are releasing in the UK. I am a self- confessed Keeping up with the Kardashians addict, I literally watch every episode of every season, and I regularly read the headlines and look out for what they are all spotted wearing, I just love their individual styles! This is why when today I got an email from Argos saying that they were releasing the Kardashian Kollection jewellery range, I just had to go and check it out. Personally I think that the range is a little over priced, at least for some of the items which retail at £34.99, but the same can also be said for their clothing ranges at Dorothy Perkins and Lipsy London, and their makeup range Khroma. I do think that some of the items in the collection are amazing, they definitely incorporate all of the Kardashian sisters style. I am particularly a fan on the stacking rings, statement necklace and hoop earrings, honestly, I think there is something for everyone in the range! What do you think? :)

1. Evil eye cuff bangle- £19.99
2. 11 piece stacking ring- £24.99
3. Angular plate necklace- £17.99
4. Logo hoop earrings- £11.99
5. Logo necklace- £11.99
6. Triangle stud earrings set of 3- £17.99
7. Peter pan collar necklace- £34.99
8. Pyramid stretch bangle- £17.99

H & M release bargain wedding dress...

Well, seen as I am actually at a wedding today I thought it would be appropriate to share this post with you! Basically, H & M have just launched a 30's inspired bridal gown for a mere price tag of £59.99, now being someone who is absolutely addicted to Don't tell the bride, I know that this is one hell of a lot cheaper than your average wedding dress! To be perfectly honest, I actually love this dress! It is simple, yet the floral embellishment, fitted waist and pleated skirt  make this dress so perfect for a bride looking for something simplistic and inexpensive. However, I must admit that although I find this gorgeous, one day I will most certainly be looking for a big sparkling princess style wedding dress. This is not the first time that a high street store has released a bargain wedding dress, Topshop also did this in 2012, which have disappeared, I have high hopes for this dress however as Topshop tried to put a younger and more unique spin on the traditional wedding dress which may have made them a little less popular. After some online browsing I have also found some other high- street wedding dresses which are so beautiful, from stores such as Bhs, Debenhams and Next, for those who want an inexpensive alternative to dresses which cost up to, and over £1000! What do you think? :)
- 30's inspired wedding dress- £59.99- H & M
- Sofia long bridal dress- £150- Bhs
- Debut ivory pleated jersey maxi dress- £131.25- Debenhams
- Ivory lace dress- £70- Next

PRODUCT REVIEW| Benefit Browzings

Honestly this is my new favourite product at the moment, best thing is I didn't even need to pay £23.50 for it as my friend has kindly let me have it as she isn't too keen on it! Usually I am not a big fan colouring in eyebrows as I think some people take it a little too far with the 'scouse brow', nobody likes big pencilled on eyebrows do they?! However I recently tried this on a wim to see what I thought of it and was pleasantly surprised. The wax and powder combination makes it not only perfect for filling the brows in with colour and shaping and taming with wax, wax is particularly good for adding colour and the powder for setting. The kit also comes with tweezers and two brushes, the first for shaping and the other for blending, ensuring perfected brows! The product also comes in different shades, so having medium brown hair the medium shade was perfect for me, but I am sure anyone will be able to find a suitable match to their actual hair colour. Although the kit comes at a high price of £23.50, which compared to other eye brow pencils/ crayons/ powders and gels is very expensive, however I really do highly recommend this product even if you have to do some saving! The brows are left looking full, tamed, and shaped perfectly and most importantly, they look natural! :)

This weeks faves...

This weeks favourite post is quite a mix of bits and bobs, some designer, some bargain, some for winter and others for summer, and unfortunately I reaaaalllly want all of it! One of my main faves from this list is the gold crisp bag by Anya Hindmarch, the princess tiara ring by Pandora, frilly bikini by Topshop and this amazing new invention the 'invisi bobble', which comes in a pack of 3, of all different colours and ensures that when you decide to wear your hair up, your hair is left without kinks! Perfect. One item which is particularly out of my price range is the Burberry rubber flower phone case, which is simply beautiful, Burberry also sell a rubber flower belt which also looks so cute!  I have also noticed that H&M sell such amazing jewellery for such low prices, I had never really looked before but when I was in store yesterday I found a few bits and pieces I wanted, including stacking rings, midi rings and a gold chain, it will be difficult to resist a splurge in there I think! Finally, I have found such an amazing beauty product! A couple of weeks ago I borrowed this Benefit 'brow zings' cosmetics kit from a friend and instantly fell in love with it, the gel and wax like texture of the product works so much better than your average pencil or powder, and instead of simply adding colour to the brows, it actually helps to shape them, only problem is that the product is £23.50, which in my opinion is super expensive. What is on your wish list? :)

1. Bluebell frill crop bikini top- £14- Topshop
2. I phone case in deer skin and vinyl with flowers- £225- Burberry
3. 5 Pack rings- £3.99- H&M
4. Crisp packet clutch- £995- Anya Hindmarch.com
5. 12 pack rings- £2.99- H&M
6. Invisibobble- £3.75- Boots
7. Brow Zings- £23.50- Benefit
8. Princess tiara ring- £40- Pandora
9. Knitted fluffy crop jumper- £34- Topshop

HAIR TREND| Washing your hair in reverse!

Ooo, new one for me, this is my first hair post. When I heard about this though, I just had to share it with you all. Basically a new trend people are experimenting with their hair is, rather than washing your hair the usual way, being shampooing then conditioning, people are now seeing what happens if you condition and then shampoo your hair. If you find that your hair is quite fine and is prone to getting a tad greasy easy, you could be trapped in a vicious cycle of 'over washing' your hair, as you wash to get rid of the grease, but through washing your hair daily, the products end up in fact making your hair greasier. Luckily I don't have this problem as my hair is naturally quite thick and voluminous, however I do know those who do. Now, you could try the old trick of simply shampooing and staying clear of conditioner all together, but you may find that without the conditioner your hair could be left dry and knotted. This is why this method makes perfect sense, through conditioning first, you untangle the hair and leave it free of knots, and then lightly shampooing after, your hair is cleansed without leaving it full of product. However, I think that this will not work so well with dry and thicker hair types. I may or may not try this, have you? Do you think it works? :)

LONDON FASHION WEEKEND

This one is a super long post guys! But hey, I have a lot to talk about today! Sorry that this post is a little late, but I have been super busy in the past few days and haven't really had time to upload pictures and write this post so anyway, here it is. Last Friday I decided to go to London Fashion Weekend at Sommerset House, it was amazing. Honestly it really was one of the best days of my life, not only did I have the rare opportunity to go to London, but I got to take a look down Oxford Street, took a look around the sights, hiked across Soho, browsed some georgeous designer clothes AND attended a catwalk show! Busy day ey. Yup my train from Leeds was 8:45 am and I only got back into Leeds at midnight, so I was veryyyy tired, but it was really worth it. So to begin this post I thought I would share with you a few pictures of the day...
Below are some more pictures of the catwalk. The show featured 4 trends, (I covered these trends a earlier this month).

1. Precious Metals from Antonio Beradi, Balmain and Marni designers. This was my favourite trend as the models looked so amazing in their metallic, and it just showed that anyone can carry it off, depending whether you want a bold and daring look, or a quite subtle look, there is a way to wear metallic for everyone to try!
2. Flower power designed by Erdem, Jonathan Saunders and Preen. They designed vibrant floral printed garments which definitely got me excited for the spring.
3. Lace Embrace designed by Christopher Kane, Diane von Furstenberg and Oscar de la Renta. Gorgeously designed skirts, tops and dressed which had some gorgeous textures, such a wonderful trend, and so girly!

4. Finally,  the catwalk ended with a trend called Good Sport. It is a style designed by designers such as Alexander Wang, Peter Pilotto and Stella McCartney. The clothing style gave something very masculine a feminine feel, broad shoulders were created and big sport jackets were a highlight, keep your eyes peeled for rah rah skirts!
Next is some pictures of some of my favourite items I found while browsing the designer clothes. The event allowed us to look around Sommerset House to look at all sorts of designer clothing and accessories, which to be honest were very out of my price range, but hey, it was so much fun browsing very expensive garments! Some of my particular favourites where floral and tropical prints, metallic, pastel and bright colours and silks, as well as the huge array of bags, purses, sunglasses, shoes and jewellery!
I should probably also mention my OOTD. One of my most favourite aspects of visiting London Fashion Weekend was that as soon as I walked in, there were people everywhere dressed in the most beautiful outfits I have ever seen, some outfits were perfectly styled and others were very daring, from huge head pieces to tiger head rucksacks, it was evident that everyone there had made a super big effort! As for me, the outfit I chose to there was not my idea outfit, as I had to travel all the way from Leeds to get there it firstly would not have been practical, secondly I really didn't have the time to get ready and thirdly, I think I would have felt a little bit silly wearing a fancy outfit on a train, tube and buses! So I finally decided to go with a monochrome look, my boxy top was cream with a zip back and textured material, my black jeans had a silky gloss finish, I wore my favourite cut out boots, beloved leather jacket as it was a little chilly, my big tan bag and finally accessorised with a chain and gem necklace and my trusty Michael Kors watch.

So to end this post I am also going to share with you the bits and bobs I picked up while shopping, I couldn't go to London and come home empty handed now could I? Firstly with my London Fashion Weekend silver ticket I managed to get a free tote bag designed by Julien Macdonald, which was filled with all sorts of goodies. Firstly there were pamflets and cards for money off and discounts, then there was coffee from LFW sponsor Lavazza, free 'beauty bar' that tasted so nice (and was surprisingly healthy) from their other sponsor, and most importantly I got some free beauty products including a mini Essie nail polish which is a lovely glittery shade of green, a Maybelline baby lips lip balm in cherry, and some dry shampoo from the catwalk sponsor Label M, luckily I managed to get the one especially for brunettes, I am yet to try it! On entry I also received a free lanyard with a map and schedule of the catwalk which I will definitely use again!  If any of you went and got the gold ticket, I am intrigued as to what was included in the goodie bag for that ticket?
When shopping I also picked up an eos lip balm from Selfridges which I love. Seriously it definitely lives up to the hype. The scents are beautiful, the design is so cute and they are perfect to pop in your handbag, also they come in many different colours, being me I chose pink of course! And finally, I had a mini splurge and bought a Ted Baker purse which I picked up for £65, very expensive I know and being a student I definitely could not afford it, but hey it is my new favourite accessory! As this comes in many different colours I was torn between the nude pink and the mint green, as I am so indecisive after at least half an hour of consideration I went with pink, which has a cream leather interior and silk money pouch and such a cute clasp. Did you visit London Fashion Weekend? :)
